The SEC’s Divisions of Investment Management and Corporation Finance will hold an open meeting via webcast on sec.gov that will take place on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The meeting is open for the public to attend.
Division of Investment Management will discuss the following:
- further extension of the compliance date for the February 2024 amendments to Form PF
- reporting requirements for all filers and large hedge fund advisers
The Division Corporation Finance will discuss whether to:
- issue a policy statement addressing the presence of a provision requiring arbitration of investor claims arising under the Federal securities laws and its impact on decisions whether to accelerate the effectiveness of a registration statement
- amend its Rules of Practice relating to procedures governing SEC review of staff actions made pursuant to delegated authority in connection with the determination of the effectiveness of a registration statement or the qualification of a Regulation A offering
